Dosing of catalyst in the production of silicones

The barrel with the input material is connected by a flexible hose to the skid inlet, from where the medium is pumped by a stainless steel AODD pump into a stainless steel buffer tank, which is built on a strain gauge scale. The tank is filled automatically based on the current level, which is continuously detected by a radar sensor. The dosing itself is provided by a pump with internal gears.
