Mixing and dosing base paint

The unit ensures precise dosing of two types of acrylic base paint. Each side of the unit, designed for one type of paint, allows for easy replacement of the upper IBC container, from which the lower container is automatically refilled with continuous mixing. From this container, the operator doses the exact amount of paint as needed into the attached bucket. The dose serves as the basis for accurately determining the color shade of the resulting paint.

By using dosing valves and gentle pumps
with rotary pistons, extraordinary accuracy and gentle dosing are achieved. The unit is also optimized for easy cleaning.
