Mobile toothpaste station

Unit for reliable supply of toothpaste filling machine with automatic washing.

System Description

The trolley is designed for direct connection to the toothpaste machine. The Waukesha Universal 2 rotary piston pump ensures gentle filling of the integrated pressure tank via a wipeable filter with automatic emptying. In addition to a constant level, the tank is also maintained at a constant pressure by compressed air so that the filler at the outlet of the unit has optimal conditions for accurate filling. The entire unit is mobile and allows easy replacement of filling production lines. It is also optimized and designed for CIP cleaning.
