Product Description

Chemical resistance, durability and food grade properties are some of the characteristics essential for cleaning hoses.

We have a wide range of hoses available for all purposes in your cleaning process: inlet, outlet, air, suction hoses and related fittings. All our hoses are carefully selected with these characteristics in mind.

Where to use

Cleaning hoses are used for industrial cleaning throughout food and beverage processing where chemical resistance, flexibility and food-contact suitability are important. The exact variant should be checked against the installation. AxFlow can support the selection process.
SC40 is specified up to 70°C at 50 bar, Superflex from -5°C to 70°C at 30 bar, and SC20 up to 70°C at 20 bar. SC40, Superflex and SC20 are designed in accordance with directives 2007/19/EEC and 10/2011/EU concerning materials in contact with foodstuffs. The exact variant should be checked against the installation.
The hose range covers inlet, outlet, air and suction duties and is selected for wet, chemically demanding cleaning environments. SC40 uses a six-layer PVC construction with double polyester reinforcement; Superflex also uses a six-layer reinforced structure, while SC20 uses five layers. The exact variant should be checked against the installation.
Flexibility and kink resistance help operators handle hoses safely and reduce avoidable damage during daily cleaning. Colour-coded SC40 hoses in blue and red can also support zone separation and reduce the risk of hoses being moved unintentionally between adjacent hygiene areas. The exact variant should be checked against the installation.
Contact AxFlow with the required pressure, flow, number of users, chemical-supply concept and cleaning functions. AxFlow can help compare the available variants against the duty. Final configuration should be confirmed for the specific installation.
