Product Description

The Voyager can be moved around and connected to outlets in various locations. Detergents are stored inside the unit.

The Voyager is a stand-alone workstation featuring an integrated pump boosting the incoming water. The unit requires connection to mains water and power supply and compressed air (the K variants do not require compressed air as they have a built-in compressor).

Available in a range of different voltages, currents and threads.

Where to use

Mobile main stations are used for open-plant cleaning in food and beverage processing where a movable, self-contained workstation is needed. The exact variant should be checked against the installation. AxFlow can support the selection process.
Voyager variants boost water to 10, 20 or 25 bar. The current Voyager range has a maximum flow of 40 l/min and is intended for one user; the unit can accommodate two 20 kg detergent canisters. The exact variant should be checked against the installation.
The Voyager is a stand-alone mobile cleaning unit with an integrated frequency-controlled pump. It connects to mains water and power, while K variants use a built-in compressor instead of an external compressed-air connection. The exact variant should be checked against the installation.
A stainless-steel mobile cabinet protects the unit, while the frequency-controlled pump, dry-run protection and service-oriented construction support predictable cleaning and maintenance. The exact variant should be checked against the installation. AxFlow can support the selection process.
Contact AxFlow with the required pressure, flow, number of users, chemical-supply concept and cleaning functions. AxFlow can help compare the available variants against the duty. Final configuration should be confirmed for the specific installation.
