Ms evo manual main station are used for manual open-plant cleaning where one main station must supply both an integrated user and external workstations. They support hygiene teams where repeatable cleaning, safe operation and reliable access to water or chemicals are important for production continuity.
MS Evo combines an integrated frequency-controlled pump, a built-in manual satellite and up to three chemical inlets. It can rinse, apply foam and disinfect depending on variant, and can be configured for decentralised, central or hybrid chemical supply.
MS5-20 Evo supplies up to five workstations and MS10-20 Evo up to ten workstations at 20 bar with a 4 bar inlet pressure. The integrated satellite serves one user, and separate injectors are provided for each chemical product.
A modular stainless-steel cabinet and components optimised for service simplify access during maintenance. Combining the local workstation with external supply can reduce installation complexity while providing controlled pressure and chemical functions from one station. AxFlow can support product selection, availability guidance, service and spare-parts planning for the required cleaning duty.
