Flowserve ERPN

Flowserve ERPN addresses chemical, petrochemical and refining service where installed ERPN assets require support. It is relevant where equipment selection must balance hydraulic or process duty, operating reliability and maintainability. Correct sizing and configuration are important because unsuitable selection can increase energy use, wear and unplanned downtime.

The series uses horizontal overhung centreline-mounted API-style process-pump construction. This construction is intended to provide stable process performance while giving maintenance teams a practical basis for inspection, servicing and component replacement. Configuration options should be matched to the pumped medium, installation arrangement and required operating point.

Current technical data for the series include flows to 1100 m3/h; heads to 230 m; pressures to 60 bar; temperatures from -50°C to 350°C. These limits and options are selection criteria rather than universal operating points, so the final duty should be checked against the exact pump or valve configuration.
