Description

The GB-410 external gear pump is used for demanding oil and gas applications including glycol dehydration, amine systems, pipeline injection, pigging, and condensate transfer. It is suited for high-pressure and continuous-duty operation. It delivers flows from 0.5 to 15 m³/h (2 to 67 GPM) with pressures up to 103 bar (1500 PSI). The pump operates across viscosities from 1 to 550 cP, supporting stable performance in process systems. Constructed with hardened internal components, the pump provides enhanced wear resistance in abrasive and upset conditions. The design minimizes moving wear parts and supports reliable long-term operation in field environments. The pump features a rebuildable design with replaceable wear components and back pull-out mechanical seal arrangement.
