Viking SG-807

Description

The SG-807 external gear pump is used for handling hazardous, volatile, and difficult-to-seal liquids in industrial applications. It is suited for processes where leakage and air ingress must be eliminated. It delivers flows up to 7.27 m³/h (32 GPM) with pressures up to 34 bar (500 PSI). The pump operates across viscosities from 1 to 55,000 cSt, supporting stable performance across a wide range of fluids. Constructed with a sealless magnetic drive, the pump eliminates traditional shaft seals and ensures hermetic containment. This improves safety and reliability in demanding applications. The hollow shaft design enables internal circulation for cooling and fluid movement. Compact motor-mounted configurations allow integration into space-constrained systems.

It is used for hazardous, volatile, and difficult-to-seal liquids. The pump is suitable for applications requiring full containment. It performs well in chemical and industrial processes.
The pump handles flows up to 7.27 m³/h, or 32 GPM. Multiple sizes allow accurate capacity selection. Maximum pressure is 34 bar, or 500 PSI.
The sealless magnetic drive eliminates the shaft seal. This prevents leakage and air infiltration. It ensures full containment of the pumped fluid.
The hollow shaft enables internal fluid circulation. This provides cooling for the magnetic drive and ensures continuous product movement. It supports consistent operation.
The pump supports NPT and opposite porting configurations. It is available as a motor-mounted unit with foot or motor mounting options. This allows flexible installation in various systems.
