The Viking 1127C series consists of internal gear pumps developed for transferring viscous liquids in a wide range of industrial and process applications. It is used for corrosive fluids, chemicals, and clean liquid handling applications. The stainless steel construction makes it suitable for environments requiring resistance to a wide pH range. It is also applicable in processes where product integrity is important.
The pump handles flows up to 320 GPM, or 73 m³/h. A range of model sizes allows accurate selection for different capacities. Maximum pressure is 150 PSI, or 10 bar.
The O-Pro® Guard Seal provides improved sealing capability compared to conventional solutions. It helps reduce leakage and supports longer service intervals. This contributes to more stable and predictable operation.
The pump handles viscosities from 28 to 2,000,000 SSU and temperatures from 0 to +350 °F, or -15 to +175 °C. Maximum speeds vary by model, from 350 to 760 RPM. These parameters should be matched to the application requirements.
The pump supports NPT, flanged (ANSI/DIN), right-angle, and opposite porting configurations. Drive options include direct-mounted, gear reducer, and V-belt drives. The ProPort™ casing and U-Plus™ bracket provide additional installation and sealing flexibility.
