It is used for soaps, surfactants, acids, and caustics. The pump is suitable for corrosive and chemically aggressive fluids. It performs well in chemical processing and industrial environments.
The pump handles flows from 500 to 1600 GPM, or 114 to 364 m³/h. It is designed for high-capacity applications. Maximum pressure is up to 200 PSI, or 14 bar depending on model.
The stainless steel construction provides resistance across a wide pH range. This ensures compatibility with aggressive chemicals. It supports long service life in demanding environments.
It handles viscosities from 28 to 2,000,000 SSU and temperatures from -120 to +500 °F, or -85 to +260 °C. Maximum speeds range from 280 to 350 RPM depending on model. These limits must match the application.
The pump supports flanged ASME/ANSI porting with opposite configuration. Drive options include gear reducer and V-belt drives. Flexible sealing options are enabled by the bearing housing design.
