Product Description

SMART Digital S is designed for small and medium chemical-dosing duties where accurate capacity adjustment and a compact installation are required. AxFlow lists applications in water treatment, drinking water, wastewater and chemical processing. The range lets engineers choose between DDA, DDC and DDE control levels while keeping a common digital dosing platform, which can simplify standardization across multiple dosing points.

The series uses speed-controlled step motors and digital diaphragm dosing. DDA and DDC include a repositionable control cube, and the supplied mounting plate allows different installation positions without additional mounting accessories. AxFlow states a setting range up to 1:3000 and a wide power-supply range of 100-240 VAC at 50/60 Hz. Advanced functions such as FlowControl and AutoFlowAdapt are available on selected DDA configurations.

AxFlow publishes SMART Digital S performance up to 30 l/h and 16 bar and states dosing accuracy of ±1%. The series includes DDE, DDC and DDA models, with pump heads in PP, PVC, PVDF or AISI 316 stainless steel and O-rings in EPDM or FKM.
