realAx ISI Dosing with Display Control is intended for automated dosing duties where operators need both peristaltic pumping advantages and direct access to process settings. It is relevant for automated continuous and batch dosing, particularly where abrasive, viscous or shear-sensitive media must be metered without mechanical seals in the product path.
The pump uses peristaltic positive displacement together with integrated electronic control. Display operation, network interfaces, hose-change assistant and hose-break monitoring. These functions help operators set dosing duties, integrate the pump into automation and carry out hose or tube maintenance in a structured way.
The product family reaches up to 1.5 m³/h and 8 bar. suitable for food processing and chemical dosing when hose compatibility is confirmed. Published control and material options depend on the selected configuration, and chemical compatibility must be confirmed for the actual medium.
