realAx RP-100 is part of the realAx RP heavy-duty hose-pump range for difficult industrial duties such as slurries, filter-press feed, chemicals and other abrasive or viscous media. It is relevant where positive-displacement transfer, high pressure and isolation of the medium from mechanical components are required.The RP design uses shoes to compress the reinforced hose and create peristaltic flow. The medium contacts only the hose and connections, eliminating a mechanical seal from the product path and allowing reversible operation and dry running while keeping the wear element clearly defined.For realAx RP-100, realAx publishes up to 36 m³/h in continuous duty and 48 m³/h in intermittent duty, with a displacement of 20.00 l/rev. The model uses a DN100 connection and is rated for a maximum working pressure of 15 bar; actual flow depends on speed and duty conditions.Service planning centres on hose condition, lubricant and the compression system rather than on product-side mechanical seals.
