- RONDS platform integration -> Transfers collected data into a wider maintenance and diagnostic workflow.
RONDS RH560 is a wireless data-collection station for industrial condition-monitoring systems where multiple vibration, temperature or process measurement points need to connect to a central monitoring environment. It acts as a communication bridge between wireless field sensors and server- or cloud-based analysis, reducing the need for conventional signal cabling to every point.
Current RONDS information supports multiple acquisition strategies, including synchronous and alarm-triggered collection, plus local data storage during network interruptions. RONDS' current Chinese product page states support for up to 60 vibration sensors and 30 process-variable sensors, while an older international page states up to 45 sensors, so capacity should be confirmed for the exact regional hardware and firmware version.
Field-side wireless communication supports Zigbee and LoRa, while upstream options include Ethernet, optical fibre, Wi-Fi and 4G/5G. The station is specified with IP66 protection, and RONDS also documents explosion-protected variants for classified areas when the selected certification matches site requirements.
By centralising sensor communication, buffering data during network loss and supporting several plant-network options, RH560 can simplify monitoring infrastructure and improve continuity of condition data. AxFlow can help define the collector, sensor network, communications and analysis environment as one system. Contact AxFlow to confirm the right RH560 configuration and current availability.
