Product Description

realAx NR Hose is a replaceable pumping element for realAx peristaltic pumps and is intended for abrasive neutral media and lightly corrosive chemicals. Because the process liquid is contained within the hose, the material of the inner product-contact layer is a central selection factor for chemical compatibility, hygiene and wear resistance.

The pumping element is manufactured from natural rubber and is repeatedly compressed during pump operation. This allows the peristaltic pump to move the medium without mechanical seals in the product path. The material is particularly relevant for dilute acids, alcohols and alkaline products where compatible.

The identification colour is black. The published temperature range is -20 to +80 °C. The published pressure limit is 15 bar. These values describe the published material or product range and must be considered together with the selected pump model, speed and process conditions.
