APV Delta VRA/VRAH Vacuum Valves

The self-acting, spring-loaded APV DELTA VRA vacuum valve reliably prevents the formation of vacuum in vessels and tanks. It is designed for hygienic processes and is suitable for both horizontal and vertical installation.

The fully self-draining housing is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is optionally available with an electropolished surface roughness of less than 0.8 µm. The response accuracy can be precisely adjusted in both installation positions within a range of 35 to 60 mm WS. An integrated CIP cleaning device ensures that all components that come into contact with the product are cleaned; in addition, the pneumatically operated seat lift allows targeted cleaning of the contact surface between the disc seal and the valve seat.
