Product Description

Wafer design valve. One piece cast body with guides to support gate and seat wedges. Provides high flow rates with low pressure drop and include various seat and packing materials available.

It is intended for unidirectional isolation in liquid and solids-bearing process lines. CMO Valves lists applications including pulp and paper, mining, chemical, food and wastewater duties. Pressure, solids content, temperature and sealing requirements should be checked before selection.
CMO Valves states suitability for liquids containing up to 5% suspended solids. The tapered body interior and full-bore passage help reduce solids accumulation in the seat area. Actual suitability should be confirmed against particle size and operating conditions.
The standard A range covers DN50 to DN1200, with larger sizes on request. Maximum working pressure depends on diameter and ranges from 10 to 3 bar. AxFlow can help verify the limit for a specific valve size.
Manual, pneumatic, hydraulic and electric actuation options are available. The correct actuator depends on valve size, duty cycle, automation requirements and available utilities. AxFlow can help match the actuator to the selected valve configuration.
AxFlow can help identify seals, seats, gates and other wear components for the installed valve. Service support can help assess condition and plan repair or replacement. Accurate identification requires the valve size, materials and nameplate information.
