Product Description

Angle seat pneumatic actuated valves are used for air, water, alcohols, oil, petroleum products, saline solutions, steam, etc.The variations in the actioning of the valve, the several combinations and the possibility to intercept the fluid from above or below the plug, originate multiple versions of the automatic valve.

This OMAL product family is used for industrial fluid-control duties appropriate to its valve principle. Application suitability depends on the selected materials, pressure class, temperature and media compatibility. AxFlow can support product selection for the required duty.
Selection should be based on line size, pressure, temperature, media, connection standard and required control function. Actuated valves also require correct torque or pneumatic sizing. AxFlow can help identify the correct configuration before ordering.
OMAL offers valve configurations intended for manual or automated operation depending on the family. Where ISO 5211 mounting is provided, a correctly sized pneumatic or electric actuator can be integrated. The exact actuator interface and torque requirement must be checked for the selected valve.
Check pressure and temperature limits, body and sealing materials, connection dimensions and the required shut-off or control duty. Any certification requirements should also be verified for the exact product code. AxFlow can help review these parameters.
AxFlow can support identification of the installed OMAL valve and the required service or replacement route. Spare-part selection depends on the exact size, materials and valve configuration. Contact AxFlow with the nameplate or product code where available.
