DeZurik Hilton bonneted knife gate valves (H-200-B)

The Hilton H-300-B is a fabricated bonneted throttling knife gate valve engineered to perform in demanding on/off and throttling applications. Its heavy-duty bonneted design conforms to U.S. and international standards and provides the structural integrity required for high-head and free-discharge service. Key design features include a square-bottom gate to prevent cantilevering and vibration, and a choice of metal- or resilient-seated configurations.

Size range extends up to 144″ (≈ 3700 mm) and pressure ratings reach up to 400 psi (≈ 2 800 kPa).

Materials of construction are highly flexible—solid or wetted parts may be supplied in weldable alloys including Stainless Steel, Hastelloy®, Inconel®, Monel® or Titanium, with optional abrasion- and corrosion-resistant hard-facing for severe service.

The H-300-B is ideally suited for applications where shut-off or isolation under full flow conditions may be required (for example, when a downstream control valve cannot reliably close).

With versatile actuation options including handwheel, chain wheel, bevel gear, cylinder or electric motor, the H-300-B integrates smoothly into both conventional and automated systems.
