Finish Thompson DB7

Finish Thompson DB7 is used where corrosive or aggressive liquids must be transferred without the leakage risk associated with mechanical seals. The model fits flooded-suction installations in pulp and paper, chemical processing, heat exchanger and circuit board production duties, where stable chemical handling and predictable uptime are important for production and maintenance teams. The sealless magnetic-drive design isolates the pumped liquid from the motor side and removes the dynamic shaft seal from the pump. The wetted construction is available in polypropylene or PVDF, with FKM, EPDM, Simriz® or Kalrez® O-ring options and carbon, PTFE, ceramic/alumina ceramic or SiC bushing options. Ceramic, Hastelloy® C or SiC shaft options support configuration for more demanding corrosive duties. The close-coupled horizontal configuration supports compact installation and straightforward integration with suitable NEMA or IEC motor frames.
