Mono EZstrip Transfer Pump Z39A

Description

Mono EZstrip Transfer Pump Z39A belongs to the earlier EZstrip Transfer generation and should now be treated primarily as installed-base equipment. Existing pumps can remain valuable assets where their hydraulic duty and condition are still suitable, so the first decision is whether planned maintenance or component replacement can restore reliable operation. The original EZstrip concept was developed around maintain-in-place access, allowing the pumping section to be opened, de-ragged and serviced without removing the suction or discharge pipework. For an installed pump, service planning should focus on the rotor, stator, coupling/joint components, seals and drive condition, with exact parts identified from the model and serial information. The supplied model data identifies this configuration with a maximum capacity of 71.5 m³/h and a maximum pressure of 6 bar. These legacy values should be used as identification and selection references only; actual performance depends on speed, wear condition, viscosity, solids, suction conditions and the fitted rotor/stator combination. For a replacement project, NOV now supplies EZstrip Transfer pumps with Scion technology, its next-generation progressing-cavity platform. Scion is a new pump design rather than a retrofit kit, so AxFlow should verify duty point, dimensions, connections, materials, motor arrangement and process requirements before a replacement is specified; service and spare-parts support remain the first route when the existing pump is to be retained.

Mono EZstrip Transfer Pump Z39A is selected for installed-base wastewater, sludge and industrial transfer duties. It uses the progressing-cavity principle to provide controlled positive-displacement transfer. AxFlow can help confirm whether the installed or proposed duty matches this exact model.
Check flow, differential pressure, viscosity, solids content, temperature, suction conditions and material compatibility. Rotor, stator, seals and drive configuration must match the medium and operating point. AxFlow can support final model and configuration selection.
Rotor and stator condition is central to progressing-cavity pump performance, while seals, joints and drive components also require inspection. Wear rate depends strongly on the pumped medium and operating speed. Use the exact model and serial information when identifying spare parts.
AxFlow supports Mono installed equipment with model identification, service and spare-parts selection. Exact availability depends on the installed configuration and component revision. Provide the model and serial number so the correct parts can be checked.
NOV now supplies the EZstrip Transfer platform with Scion technology as the current generation. Scion is a new pump design rather than a retrofit kit, so dimensions, duty point, connections, materials and motor arrangement must be checked. AxFlow can assess whether continued service or a Scion-based replacement is the better lifecycle option.
