Mono Epsilon E16D
Description
Mono Epsilon E16D is a industrial progressive cavity pump for industrial transfer of viscous, abrasive or shear-sensitive media in chemical, wastewater and process applications. It is relevant when the process requires controlled positive-displacement transfer and the selected model must be matched to a defined duty point rather than chosen from a broad pump family. The Epsilon range is built for demanding progressive-cavity duties where the rotor and stator create a steady transfer path for viscous, abrasive or shear-sensitive media. This makes the model relevant where flow stability and controlled handling are more important than high-speed centrifugal transfer. This model is specified with a maximum capacity of 35.5 m³/h and a maximum pressure of 24 bar. These values give engineers a practical first check against duty point, pressure losses, viscosity, pipework and operating margin before final selection. For lifecycle cost, correct selection should consider medium behaviour, dry-running risk, service access, wear parts, seals, stator material and spare-parts planning. AxFlow can support model selection, availability checks and service-part identification so maintenance teams reduce avoidable downtime and keep the process running.
