Lightnin 700/800 high-torque top-entry mixers are used for large tanks, heavy sludge, minerals processing, chemical production and fermentation duties, where stable mixing performance and correct equipment selection are important for process quality. For engineers and maintenance teams, the series is relevant when tank geometry, media properties, cleaning routines or uptime requirements influence the mixer choice.
The mixer is configured around Lightnin top-entry mixing technology, with mounting, motor, seal and impeller options selected to match tank geometry and process duty. This allows the same platform logic to support blending, suspension, dispersion and general agitation tasks.
The 700/800 range is documented for motors up to 1000 kW and output speeds from 11.4 rpm to 230 rpm, with 700Q/800Q open-tank models and 700C/800C/700S/800S sealed or stuffing-box versions.
