Product description

Lightnin 700/800 high-torque top-entry mixers are used for large tanks, heavy sludge, minerals processing, chemical production and fermentation duties, where stable mixing performance and correct equipment selection are important for process quality. For engineers and maintenance teams, the series is relevant when tank geometry, media properties, cleaning routines or uptime requirements influence the mixer choice.

The mixer is configured around Lightnin top-entry mixing technology, with mounting, motor, seal and impeller options selected to match tank geometry and process duty. This allows the same platform logic to support blending, suspension, dispersion and general agitation tasks.

The 700/800 range is documented for motors up to 1000 kW and output speeds from 11.4 rpm to 230 rpm, with 700Q/800Q open-tank models and 700C/800C/700S/800S sealed or stuffing-box versions.

AxFlow supplies Lightnin mixing technology and supports product selection, availability checks and service planning. Correct sizing and configuration help reduce process variation, avoid unnecessary mechanical load and support predictable maintenance, spare-parts handling and total cost of ownership. Lightnin 700/800 is used for large tanks, heavy sludge, minerals processing, chemical production and fermentation duties. It is selected when the mixing duty, tank configuration and process reliability requirements must be matched carefully. AxFlow can help check the correct configuration for the application.
The right configuration depends on tank size, media behaviour, required mixing result, mounting arrangement and maintenance access. Motor, seal and impeller options should be checked against the duty. AxFlow can support sizing and product selection.
AxFlow supplies Lightnin mixing equipment and can support availability checks, product selection and service planning. Spare-parts needs should be confirmed for the exact installed model. Contact AxFlow with the application data and equipment details.
Check tank volume, viscosity, density, temperature, solids content, required flow pattern, mounting position and cleaning requirements. For sealed or hygienic duties, confirm seal, material and compliance requirements. This helps avoid undersizing and process variation.
The range is used in industrial process environments where stable mixing and correct configuration are important. Suitability depends on the exact media, operating conditions and selected options. AxFlow can help verify the duty before quotation.
