Product description

Andritz Ritz ASP Series is intended for applications where very high flow, low pulsation and favorable suction conditions are important to process reliability and energy use. Typical duties include cooling and circulation water, water supply and treatment, irrigation, flood control, desalination and selected pulp-and-paper headbox or cleaner services.

The ASP series uses a single-stage axial split-case construction with a double-flow radial impeller. The pump can be installed horizontally or vertically, the double-suction arrangement supports favorable NPSH behavior, and the axially split casing provides direct access to the rotating assembly for maintenance.

ANDRITZ lists flow up to 40,000 m³/h, head up to 250 m, pressure up to 25 bar, temperature up to 80 °C and power up to 7,000 kW for the ASP series. The manufacturer states efficiency above 90% and pulp consistency up to 2% for fan-pump duties.
