Andritz Ritz ISO & ES Series is relevant for process-water and utility duties in pulp and paper, steel, food, sugar, chemical, power, water-treatment and similar industrial systems. The combined family gives engineers a choice between standardized process-pump geometry and compact close-coupled units for restricted installation space.
The ISO series is a single-stage centrifugal pump family designed to ISO 2858 and ISO 5199 with modular construction and straightforward service access. ES04 pumps are non-self-priming volute casing pumps in a compact close-coupled arrangement, with selected models available with closed, vortex or two-channel impellers and back-pull-out access for maintenance.
ANDRITZ technical data for ISO lists flow up to 300 m³/h, head up to 160 m, casing pressure PN16 and temperature up to 140 °C. ES04 technical data lists flow up to 550 m³/h, head up to 95 m, operating pressure up to 10 bar and liquid temperature from -20 to +140 °C, depending on size, material and configuration.
Standardized dimensions and modular components can simplify integration, maintenance and spare-parts planning, while the compact ES layout can reduce installation-space requirements. Correct selection still depends on the liquid, seal and material combination, and AxFlow can support duty-point checks, configuration and service planning.
Before final selection, engineers should verify required flow and head, liquid properties, solids or gas content, temperature, material compatibility, motor data and installation conditions against the exact pump configuration. This reduces the risk of oversizing or unsuitable component selection and gives maintenance teams a clearer basis for spare-parts planning.
