The Cognito 1-inch pump delivers a flow rate of up to 110 l/min and reaches a differential pressure of up to 6 bar – up to 8 bar in the short-stroke version. Thanks to the integrated ball valves, it is capable of handling abrasive fluids with particles up to 3 mm. The pump housing is available in aluminium or stainless steel. For the diaphragm material, Nitrile, Santoprene or PTFE can be selected. Even under load, the pump maintains quiet operation, with noise levels below 80 dB. In combination with COGNITOsmartINSIGHTS, it enables remote monitoring and process optimization, independent of location.
