System Description

The vacuum unit contains a centrifugal pump, which is preceded by a dry-running pump. This combination ensures a very deep vacuum (3 mbar with service fluid: -20 ° C glycol) and at the same time exceptionally high flow rates with many times lower energy consumption compared to separate fluid ring machines.
