Mono EZstrip Transfer Pump Z3AK

Go to the series page

Description

Mono EZstrip Transfer Pump Z3AK belongs to the earlier EZstrip Transfer generation and should now be treated primarily as installed-base equipment. Existing pumps can remain valuable assets where their hydraulic duty and condition are still suitable, so the first decision is whether planned maintenance or component replacement can restore reliable operation. The original EZstrip concept was developed around maintain-in-place access, allowing the pumping section to be opened, de-ragged and serviced without removing the suction or discharge pipework. For an installed pump, service planning should focus on the rotor, stator, coupling/joint components, seals and drive condition, with exact parts identified from the model and serial information. The supplied model data identifies this configuration with a maximum capacity of 165 m³/h and a maximum pressure of 4 bar. These legacy values should be used as identification and selection references only; actual performance depends on speed, wear condition, viscosity, solids, suction conditions and the fitted rotor/stator combination. For a replacement project, NOV now supplies EZstrip Transfer pumps with Scion technology, its next-generation progressing-cavity platform. Scion is a new pump design rather than a retrofit kit, so AxFlow should verify duty point, dimensions, connections, materials, motor arrangement and process requirements before a replacement is specified; service and spare-parts support remain the first route when the existing pump is to be retained.
