Description

The FLUX F 300 series is specified for mobile transfer of low-viscosity media where flexibility, portability and ease of handling are essential. It is widely used for dispensing chemicals, cleaning agents, water treatment chemicals, light oils and other industrial liquids from containers ranging from small vessels to standard drums and IBCs. The compact construction makes the series suitable for routine transfer tasks across production, maintenance and laboratory environments. The series includes JUNIORFLUX and COMBIFLUX pump tubes manufactured in polypropylene, PVDF and stainless steel. Depending on the application, users can select mechanically sealed models for abrasive or crystallising media or sealless versions for clean, non-abrasive liquids. The pumps are constructed for continuous operation with interchangeable drive motors that allow rapid adaptation to changing operational requirements.FLUX F 300 pumps are verified for flow rates up to 60 l/min, heads up to 8.5 metres and viscosities up to approximately 250 mPas, depending on configuration and operating conditions. Electric mains and brushless battery motors provide flexible operation without compromising portability, making the series suitable for both fixed and mobile transfer duties. With multiple tube lengths, material options and drive combinations, the FLUX F 300 series can be specified for a broad range of industrial applications. Standardised components simplify maintenance and spare parts management while allowing users to configure pumps for specific media compatibility and container dimensions.

The FLUX F 300 series is used for transferring low-viscosity liquids from small containers, 200-litre drums and IBCs. Typical applications include chemical handling, water treatment, maintenance operations, laboratories and general industrial fluid transfer.
Pump tubes are available in polypropylene, PVDF and stainless steel, allowing compatibility with neutral, corrosive and selected food-compatible liquids depending on the model and configuration.
Incorrect material or sealing selection can reduce service life, increase wear or lead to compatibility issues with aggressive, abrasive or crystallising media. Selecting the appropriate pump version ensures reliable operation and longer maintenance intervals.
Yes. The F 300 series supports several FLUX electric and battery-powered drive motors, allowing users to select the most suitable power source for their application while using compatible pump tubes.
Routine maintenance includes inspection of wear components, cleaning after use and verification of seals where fitted. The modular construction and interchangeable components simplify servicing and minimise downtime.
