realAx IP-30

realAx IP-30 is part of the realAx IP industrial hose-pump platform for duties where media can be abrasive, viscous, shear-sensitive or difficult for conventional sealed pumps. The model is relevant for slurry transfer, chemical handling, process dosing and other applications where dependable containment and straightforward maintenance are important. The pump works by compressing a reinforced hose with rollers, so the pumped medium remains inside the hose and does not contact rotating mechanical components. This seal-less peristaltic principle supports dry running and reversible rotation while simplifying product-contact maintenance to the hose and connections. For realAx IP-30, realAx publishes a continuous-duty capacity up to 1.55 m³/h, a displacement of 0.43 l/rev and a maximum working pressure of 8 bar. The standard connection size is 1 1/4″; actual flow depends on pump speed, hose selection and process conditions. The roller-based compression system is intended to reduce routine service complexity because there are no mechanical seals in the product path.
