realAx ISI-13 belongs to the realAx ISI range of compact industrial peristaltic pumps for dosing and transfer duties involving chemicals, slurries and other challenging liquids. The model suits applications where repeatable displacement, clean containment and the ability to tolerate difficult media are more important than a complex wetted-end design. A roller compresses the reinforced hose to move the medium through the pump. Because the liquid remains inside the hose, the pump has no mechanical seal in the product path, can run dry and can reverse direction; these characteristics also make cleaning and hose replacement comparatively straightforward. For realAx ISI-13, realAx publishes a continuous-duty capacity up to 0.16 m³/h, a displacement of 0.038 l/rev, a 3/8″ connection and a maximum working pressure of 8 bar. Actual dosing or transfer rate depends on rotational speed, hose properties and the operating duty.
