Product Description

Toptech Multiload II+ Division 2 is the current generation of Toptech's integrated load rack preset for terminal loading and unloading. The Division 2 / Zone 2 enclosure option is intended for projects where the selected electrical-area classification requires that configuration. The controller can manage straight products and multi-product recipes and is used for gasoline, biofuels, light oils, diesel, LPG, LNG, SAF and other compatible liquids where accurate flow control and custody-transfer workflows are required.

The Multiload II+ platform supports ratio, sequential and hybrid blending, up to 12 loading arms per bay, up to five meters per arm and up to 16 additives per arm. Four serial ports and two 10/100/1000 Mb Ethernet ports provide communication with terminal automation, SCADA/DCS and other host systems, while FCM I/O modules provide a modular route for expansion. An integrated card reader is available as an option for controlled rack access.

Compared with the preceding Multiload II hardware, the II+ generation introduces a larger 10.4-inch display, a 55-key operator keypad and increased enclosure corrosion resistance. Toptech retained the previous generation's bottom mounting and conduit-entry positions, and the II+ uses the same firmware environment, helping reduce the engineering burden in many upgrade projects. The exact hazardous-area certification, weights-and-measures approval and I/O configuration still need to be verified for each site.

By consolidating preset, blending, additive and communication functions into one scalable controller, Multiload II+ can reduce separate panel hardware and simplify troubleshooting. AxFlow can support new-project selection as well as migration from installed Multiload II units, including checks of meters, additives, FCM/I/O, communications and terminal software. Toptech Multiload II+ Division 2 controls loading, metering, additives and blending at terminal bays and other bulk-liquid transfer points. The Division 2 / Zone 2 enclosure option is intended for installations that require that area-classification approach. AxFlow can help define the correct enclosure, I/O and communication configuration.
The platform supports up to 12 loading arms per bay, up to five meters per arm and up to 16 additives per arm. The actual project configuration depends on the required I/O, metering arrangement and blending strategy. These details should be confirmed during engineering and selection.
Multiload II+ supports ratio, sequential and hybrid blending methods for straight and multi-product recipes. It is used in loading applications involving fuels, biofuels, light oils and other compatible liquids. The correct recipe logic and metering arrangement must be validated for the terminal process.
Toptech designed the II+ generation to ease migration by retaining key bottom-mounting and conduit-entry positions and using the same firmware environment. A replacement project still requires verification of meters, I/O, communications, hazardous-area requirements and terminal software. AxFlow can support the installed-base and migration assessment.
Confirm the hazardous-area classification, required meters and additives, blending strategy, I/O capacity and communication interfaces. Custody-transfer and weights-and-measures requirements also need to be confirmed for the destination market. Contact AxFlow for configuration and availability.
