Cognito Metallic EODD 3' is intended for industrial fluid-transfer duties where process reliability, controlled pumping and reduced dependence on compressed air are important. The 76 mm (3') connection size positions the model for duties involving abrasive, viscous, solids-laden and shear-sensitive fluids. It is relevant where leakage risk, abrasive or corrosive media, and unplanned maintenance can have a direct impact on production continuity. The pump uses an electric motor and reduction gearbox to drive an eccentric shaft that alternately flexes two diaphragms. The sealless pumping principle removes a dynamic mechanical shaft seal from the wetted end, while oversized diaphragms, reduced stroke length, secondary static seals and integrated leak-detection probes support containment and service life. Metallic wetted constructions are available in aluminium or stainless steel depending on the required configuration. For this model, verified manufacturer data includes a maximum flow rate of 510 l/min, a maximum operating pressure of 8 bar, and solids up to 7 mm.
