Abaque HD10 Hygienic

Abaque HD10 Hygienic is a hygienic peristaltic hose pump for sanitary liquid transfer in food, beverage and other hygiene-focused processes. It is suitable where shear-sensitive products or fluids with delicate particles must be moved gently while keeping the process simple and serviceable. The pump uses the Abaque hose principle, where an elastomer hose is compressed to move the medium. This creates a seal-less, reversible pump path with no valves, seats or mechanical seals in contact with the product. Hygienic hose and sanitary connection options support use in sanitary process lines. Abaque HD10 handles flow up to 135 l/h in intermittent operation or 105 l/h in continuous operation. The same hose-pump principle supports abrasive, viscous and shear-sensitive media, while the hygienic configuration is intended for processes where cleanability and product integrity matter.
