Wanner Hydra-Cell T200K
Description
Wanner Hydra-Cell T200K is intended for industrial process duties where flow demand is high and the liquid can be difficult for conventional sealed pumps. Typical selection cases include transfer, circulation, injection and process-feed applications involving abrasive, corrosive, shear-sensitive or variable-viscosity liquids. The model is relevant when plant teams need stable performance without relying on dynamic shaft seals in the pumped liquid. The Hydra-Cell T concept uses multiple hydraulically balanced diaphragms to move the liquid while keeping the process fluid separated from the drive mechanism. Because there are no dynamic seals exposed to the pumped medium, the pump can be considered for liquids that create seal wear, crystallisation, leakage or compatibility concerns. The construction also supports smooth, controlled flow for demanding continuous-duty applications. The T200K model has a maximum capacity of 359 l/min and maximum differential pressure of 173 bar, supporting demanding process duties within the Hydra-Cell T range. Final performance depends on configuration, speed, liquid properties and installation conditions. When selecting the pump, engineers should check required flow, differential pressure, NPSH conditions, viscosity, solids content, temperature and wetted-material compatibility. From a lifecycle perspective, the seal-less design helps reduce a common maintenance driver in demanding pump services. Correct model and materials selection can support longer service intervals, lower leakage risk and more predictable downtime planning. AxFlow can help confirm the right T200K configuration, availability, service approach and spare parts support.
