Sales Engineer – Food & Beverage
AxFlow is looking for a Sales Engineer with hands-on knowledge of pumps and mechanical systems to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a technical sales role where your expertise will drive projects, support key accounts, and ensure customer requirements are clearly translated to the delivery teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Use your pump and mechanical knowledge to recommend solutions
- Manage key accounts and drive F&B project sales
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Visit sites and work directly with customers
The ideal candidate is confident, organised, and proactive, able to apply their technical expertise to solve customer challenges and manage accounts independently.

Knowledge, Skils & Necessary Experience:
- Experience in mechanical engineering would be an advantage.
- Broad Technical understanding of pumps and engineering.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent time keeping and planning ability.
- Able to communicate and build relationships professionally at all levels.
- An aptitude for selling.
- To be competent in making appointments.
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- To be a team player.
- Full UK driving license.
