Land drainage can require the transfer of large volumes of water at low differential heads or dewatering from boreholes. In many situations pumps are situated in shallow water courses and in brackish water.
Gruppo Aturia invented submersible borehole pumps and in conjunction with their high flow submersible pumps can discharge up to 144,000 m3/hr and heads of over 200 m. A range of materials is available to cope with the characteristics of river water, estuary water and fenland water.

LINE SHAFT PUMPS
Centrifugal, mixed flow and axial flow pump options are available in cast iron, stainless steel and duplex materials for flows over 40,000 m3/hr and heads of over 700 m.
