Our Normal Process
- Identify incoming seal types/materials and configurations
- Ultrasonically clean, examine and the assessment of all seal components - for refurbishment or replacement
- Refurbishment of seal faces, restoring flatness to within OEM specifications
- Refurbishment of critical seal components, glands, sleeves and seal face carriers
- Replacement of all standard service items as required, pins, springs, gaskets and o-rings
- Assembly of seals and testing of cartridge seals to API specifications.
