Useful information customers can provide to help us size up the job quickly:
- Pump make & model (and serial number if available)
- Pump type (centrifugal / PD / hygienic / submersible, etc.)
- Symptoms (leaking, noisy, low flow, overheating, won’t prime, vibration, seal failure)
- Duty conditions: liquid, temperature, solids (if any), approximate flow/pressure
- Installation details: motor/drive arrangement, pipe size, any recent changes
- Urgency: breakdown vs planned maintenance window
- Location (so we can advise the most suitable service route)
Helpful attachments: nameplate photo, general pump photos, and any previous reports.
Choose the right service route
On-site support: If the issue is best addressed in place (e.g., alignment checks, installation support, initial diagnosis), we can carry out service work on site.
Workshop repair: For full strip, inspection, machining or testing, we can arrange workshop repair—either via your delivery or collection guidance from the team. AxFlow can also support installation of repaired pumps as required.
