Belzona coatings can help restore and protect pumps, impellers, casings and other fluid-handling equipment affected by erosion, corrosion, cavitation, abrasion and general wear.

AxFlow UK uses Belzona polymeric, ceramic-filled and elastomeric repair materials as part of our pump refurbishment services. Depending on the equipment, damage and site conditions, coatings can be applied at an AxFlow service centre or on site.

By rebuilding worn surfaces and protecting them against further deterioration, Belzona coating can help extend equipment life, reduce maintenance requirements and restore hydraulic performance without automatically replacing expensive pump components.

What is Belzona coating?

Belzona is a range of cold-applied polymer composites, epoxy coatings and elastomeric materials used to repair and protect industrial equipment.

For pumps and fluid-handling equipment, Belzona systems can be used to rebuild damaged metal surfaces before applying a protective coating selected for the operating environment.
