Description
Mono Epsilon Vertical P1B is intended for tanks, sumps and vessels where a vertical installation is preferable. It is relevant where the process needs a positive-displacement pump matched to a defined duty point and where reliable transfer directly affects process continuity, downstream equipment and maintenance planning. The model is built to provide positive-displacement transfer where suction geometry or footprint limits horizontal installation. Its construction is based on vertical arrangement combined with the Epsilon progressing-cavity drivetrain, so the operating speed, rotor/stator geometry and selected elastomer or wetted materials can be matched to the medium and installation requirements. The supplied model data lists a maximum capacity of 140 m³/h and a maximum pressure of 4.5 bar. These are selection limits rather than a guarantee for every liquid, speed or material combination; viscosity, solids, temperature, suction conditions and compatibility still need to be checked. For lifecycle cost, the key considerations are wear-part condition, rotor and stator selection, seals, drive condition and access for planned maintenance. AxFlow can support model identification, spare-parts selection, service and replacement assessment so maintenance teams can reduce unplanned downtime and keep the installed pump aligned with the process duty.
