realAx IP-70D

realAx IP-70D is part of the realAx IP industrial hose-pump platform for demanding transfer and dosing duties with abrasive, viscous and chemically challenging media. The model is relevant where a higher-capacity peristaltic solution is required while keeping the process medium isolated inside the hose. The IP design uses rollers to compress a reinforced hose and create positive-displacement peristaltic flow. The pumped medium remains inside the hose and away from rotating mechanical components, supporting reversible operation, dry running and maintenance focused on the hose rather than a product-side mechanical seal. For realAx IP-70D, AxFlow publishes a maximum capacity of 35 m³/h, a displacement of 13.4 l/rev and a maximum differential pressure of 8 bar. Actual flow depends on rotational speed, hose selection and the operating duty, so the final configuration should be checked against the required process conditions. Lifecycle performance depends on correct hose material, compression setting, drive selection and planned hose replacement. Concentrating the main wetted wear function in the hose can simplify maintenance planning and spare-parts preparation, while AxFlow can support model selection, hose compatibility, service and spare-parts planning.
