Pulsafeeder Pulsar 25H

Pulsafeeder Pulsar 25H is intended for chemical dosing where high pressure, repeatability and hydraulic pump diagnostics are important. Pulsar pumps are used in chemical processing, petrochemical, oil and gas, water and wastewater treatment and power generation. The family also includes HypoPump configurations for sodium hypochlorite and other off-gassing or difficult-to-handle liquids, subject to selecting the correct wet end and valves. The Pulsar design uses a hydraulically balanced diaphragm with a diagnostic window, externally adjustable bypass valve and push-to-purge function. A hydraulic performance valve manages diaphragm position and supports low inlet-pressure requirements, while the four-bolt tie-bar and check-valve arrangement provide a serviceable process end. These features are intended to make operating condition and hydraulic performance easier to assess during maintenance. For Pulsafeeder Pulsar 25H, Pulsafeeder lists flow up to 458 l/h and pressure up to 276 bar. The 25HJ and 25HL variants is specified with ±0.5% steady-state accuracy; the current family literature also lists API 675, CE and ATEX compliance. Exact pump-head materials, valve type, temperature, viscosity and control options must be selected for the chemical and operating point. For lifecycle cost, visible hydraulic diagnostics and externally serviceable protection functions can shorten troubleshooting when process conditions change.
