I first joined AxFlow in 2017, after leaving in 2019 I rejoined the company in 2021 due to the excellent working environemnt.
I originally joined Axflow in September 2017, when we were still based in Ealing and I stayed throughout the transition period to Slough. I left AxFlow in the summer of 2019 as I wanted to explore other opportunities and gain new skills. I also wanted a role that was busier, challenging and where I could learn more new transferrable skills in my everyday job role. I re-joined AxFlow after 2 years, as I missed the culture, and feeling of support- everyone is always friendly, helpful and there is always someone willing to help.
I do work for both the order processing team and the service & installation team with their admin related tasks. Since returning to AxFlow there have been a lot of changes from how I remember it (for the better) the senior management team is very supportive and are moving the company into the right direction.
I’ve been given training on how to use the systems, however every day is different and I am learning constantly new things.
AxFlow is a very flexible company to work, they operate on flexitime so start and finish times aren’t super strict- and we get to finish early on a Friday. Overall I have had several jobs before and between working at AxFlow however I chose to come back as the atmosphere and work environment is much happier and supportive than I have ever had nor am I likely to find again.
