AxFlow recognises that successful condition monitoring isn't just about expertise in vibration analysis but a combination of factors.
- A good working understanding of the overall process. Experience has shown us that most issues identified by condition monitoring can be explained and resloved by knowing what happens and when it happens in a process.
- Knowledege of the equipment being monitored inluding the signs and symptons of the varoius failure modes, why they are caused and how they can be rectified.
- Appropriate monitoring equipment that's flexible enough to respond to the various applications in a process with software that makes it easy to manage alarms and analyse data.
- The ability to analysis data derived from the monitoring system.
